Founding Director
Zecki Gerloff
After a BA in Politics and Philosophy at Oxford University, Zecki's work in documentary film began at the BBC in London. She then worked in film acquisitions and co-productions at TVF International, before moving to Berlin and back into production at berlin producers. She set up docimpact in 2016.
Project Management
Maria Linsel
Maria has worked as a researcher in documentary film and in the cultural program of the Goethe-Institute New Zealand. During her MA in global studies she focused on social impact research and the power of film to catalyze social change. Maria heads up all German projects.
Board Member
Nadia Convery
Nadia Convery is a documentary filmmaking and communications professional with a strong belief in the power of storytelling to create shared understanding and enable change. After almost ten years in the television documentary industry, she went on to spend five years working in communications for an NGO.
