Zecki Gerloff

Director

After a BA in Politics and Philosophy at Oxford University, Zecki's work in documentary film began at the BBC in London. She then worked in film acquisitions and co-productions at TVF International, before moving to Berlin and back into production at berlin producers. She set up docimpact in 2016.

Maria Linsel

Project Management

Maria has worked as a researcher in documentary film and in the cultural program of the Goethe-Institute New Zealand. During her MA in global studies she focused on social impact research and the power of film to catalyze social change. Maria heads up all German projects.

Lauren Temminghoff

Monitoring and Evaluation

As a monitoring and evaluation expert, Lauren has worked on projects with state government, the education sector, local and international NGOs. The focus of her work has been promoting the rights of women with disability and women who have experienced family and sexual violence.

Akwasi Boateng

Development and Finance

After working with the Ghana Education Service for five years, Akwasi decided to pursue a master's degree in Development Studies in Germany. His expertise lies in Development co-operations, poverty alleviation and peace and conflict research. He supports the docimpact team with project development and financial controlling.
