Responsible Consumption and Production

Your toothbrush will take 400 years to decompose and yet, every hour, tonnes of new plastic are dumped into our oceans and will remain there for generations – killing fish, ocean fauna, sea birds and entering our foodchain.

As we are sleep-walking into a climate crisis, the world is using and producing more plastic than ever before – 300 million tonnes a year, half of which will only be used once. With this school project we are encouraging young people to rethink their own consumption patterns, engage with the global plastic pollution crisis and empowering them to be ambassadors for the responsible and sustainable use of plastic products, every day.
